Hi,
I am looking to buy a property in bangalore and was too confused with the way things occur here. A builder is willing to sell me a penthouse flat i.e. unofficial penthouse flat that is and has told me that there is nothing to worry about. The rate quote is lower than what he is selling for the normal flats in the building. What is the deal with such penthouse flats on the terraces? Could you shed some light on it? Is there any chance that I can buy such a flat and get it regularised immediately after the purchase? The penthouse flat looks quite interesting though.
